Probably. I just don’t want to be part of this culture where certain fans throw their toys out of the pram whenever a particular player isn’t playing or isn’t picked by the manager. Whether we like it or not, we’re heading into a period where no player in that squad is irreplaceable, and that includes our favourites. This is what happens when you eat at the table where Arsenal are eating now. These players are champions, and that comes with greater responsibility for both the players and the manager. If a player isn’t playing, they’re not injured, and neither the manager nor the club has given us a reason why, then I’m happy to wait. As fans, we’re absolutely entitled to ask questions, but there’s a big difference between asking questions and creating an agenda. For me, agendas stink. They create unnecessary chaos and division, and suddenly people start looking for problems where there might not even be one. I’d rather wait for the facts than create a narrative based on assumptions.

They undermine their own players’ confidence, even though they know those same players are needed to achieve the club’s goals this season. I’m Arsenal first, before anything else.
