Serious allegations of police brutality in Raidurgam Police Station of Cyberabad Commissionerate,Three Muslim Youths tortured while they were fasting : On 8th March at 12:20 AM near T-Hub opposite Niloufer Cafe, a cop allegedly slapped Mohammed Fazal Ur Rahman Akeef while he along with his freind was standing there, snatched his bike keys and phone, took them to Raidurgam Police Station, asking them to return in the morning to collect their bike. Next morning Fazal Ur Rahman Akeef along with Syed Areeb & Mohammed Sohail went to the Police Station. While waiting for the Inspector, they took photos of their bike & the police station board to inform their family. A cop allegedly ran towards them, snatched the phone and abused them for taking pictures. Soon after, the Inspector of Police Raidurgam arrived and called all three inside his room. After checking their Aadhaar cards, phones, driving licence and bike papers, the Inspector allegedly ordered the cops present to beat them. All three muslim youths were brutally assaulted with hands, tyre chappals and kicked with shoes. Despite repeatedly informing that they were fasting in the holy month of Ramzan, the beating allegedly continued. One youth Syed Areeb had recently undergone head tumor surgery and was suffering from fractured collar bone & hand. Even after showing his surgery stitches and injuries, the assault reportedly continued. After receiving information, I visited the police station, submitted a written complaint and demanded immediate suspension of the Inspector and all police personnel of Raidurgam Police Station responsible for beating the youths. Sources: Video (CP24) Text: Interview With Community Members WATCH Ontario Provincial Police Cordon off Caledon Area Where Ravinder Singh Malhi Was Stabbed To Death By Indo-Canadian Hindu Rajinder Kumar, Purportedly Staunch Follower of Modi’s Violent Hindutva Idealogy: Politically Motivated Attack Claims Life of Khalistan Activist After Brampton Hindu Temple Priest’s Call for Violence A brutal incident on November 9 has left a Sikh man, Rupinder (Rabinder) Singh Malhi, dead in what Sikhs For Justice (SFJ) condemns as a politically motivated, hate-driven attack. Following inflammatory calls for violence against Sikhs by Hindu Sabha Temple priest Rajinder Parsad, an Indo-Canadian Hindu man allegedly attacked and killed Malhi, a prominent supporter of Khalistan. Shortly before 10:00 p.m. on November 9, the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Caledon Detachment responded to a residence on Deer Ridge Trail, where they discovered Malhi critically injured. He was later pronounced dead at the hospital. While the cause of death remains under investigation, OPP has indicated there is no immediate threat to public safety, though they advise residents to exercise caution. Preliminary reports from the community indicate that the accused, Rajinder Kumar, was taken into custody along with his wife, who allegedly attempted to conceal the weapon used in the attack. Community sources claim that Kumar and Malhi were previously acquainted, with tensions intensifying after heated exchanges within a WhatsApp group, reportedly fueled by incendiary statements from Hindu Sabha Temple priest Rajinder Parsad. These rising tensions culminated in Kumar inviting Malhi to his home and fatally stabbing him in a premeditated attack, leaving the pro-Khalistan activist dead. “This horrific murder of pro-Khalistan activist Rupinder (Rabinder) Singh Malhi by Hindutva follower Rajinder Kumar is directly driven by calls for violence made by the Hindu Sabha Temple priest and exemplifies how the menace of Modi's violent Hindutva ideology has contaminated the Hindu community of Canada, posing a direct threat to the lives of pro-Khalistan Canadians,” stated Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, General Counsel for Sikhs For Justice. “We demand that authorities also arrest and charge Rajinder Parsad, the priest of Hindu Sabha Temple who issued the call for violence and has publicly confessed that on November 3. Hindus initiated the attack on a peaceful Khalistan demonstration against the presence of Indian consulate officials," added Pannun. SFJ stands firm in condemning political violence and calls for the justice system to hold accountable anyone responsible for promoting the use of violence to advocate or suppress a political opinion. Unlike Modi's India, political violence, fear mongering and hate against any religion or political opinion has no place in Canadian society.

Ray had been trying to act casual at the vet’s front desk, filling out one last form while Milo pressed his body against his jeans like he didn’t want even an inch of space between them. They had only been together for three weeks, but the dog already followed him from room to room, waited outside the bathroom door, and slept with one paw touching the side of Ray’s bed. The rescue had told Ray that Milo was sweet, but scared of being left behind. His last family hadn’t been cruel. They just couldn’t keep him after a move, and the handoff had happened in a place that smelled a lot like this one. Bright lights. Hard floors. A counter. Paperwork. People talking over his head while his whole world changed without warning. Milo had done fine in the exam room at first. He let the vet check his ears, stood still for the scale, and only tucked his tail when someone closed a door too loudly down the hall. Ray kept one hand near his collar the whole time, telling him he was doing good, and for a while that seemed to be enough. Then they walked back to the front desk. Ray reached for his wallet. The receptionist asked a question about follow-up care. A jar of dog treats sat on the counter, and someone’s printer started humming behind the desk. Milo looked around, saw Ray facing away from him, and something in him changed. He sat down behind Ray’s leg and wrapped both front paws around it. Ray felt the weight first. Then he heard the small whine, so quiet it almost got lost under the clinic noise. When he looked down, Milo was staring up at him with those worried eyes, holding on like the floor might open if he let go. For a second, Ray didn’t say anything. Then he put his hand on Milo’s head and rubbed him gently, right there in the middle of the lobby. The dog leaned harder into his leg, still holding on, still not sure what was happening. Ray turned a little toward the person filming and smiled, but his eyes had already softened. “I sure do love this boy,” he said. Milo didn’t understand vet bills or follow-up appointments. He didn’t know they were only there for a checkup, or that Ray had already bought his food, washed his blanket, and made room for him at home. All he knew was that they were standing at another counter, and counters had taken people away before. This time, the hand on his head stayed. Ray kept petting him until Milo’s breathing slowed, then looked back down at him and gave the smallest shake of his head, the kind people do when something gets them more than they expected. That dog wasn’t trying to be cute. He was asking, in the only way he knew how, not to be left behind again.
