@RwandaLabour @CNkulikiyinka This is the right approach. Technology adoption in government fails when staff don't understand what they're implementing or why. Training on responsible use, data protection, and oversight should come BEFORE the AI rollout, not after. Rwanda setting a good example here.

Tonight, I urge my colleagues to vote in support of H.R. 82 the #SocialSecurityFairnessAct. The unfair provisions of WEP and GPO impact our public servants — the teachers who educate our children and the firefighters and police officers who keep our communities safe. Our public servants deserve their hard-earned retirement benefits. It is time to right this wrong.
