You can’t eat, you can’t sleep, you feel horrendous. You don’t feel good enough and you feel like you’ve been left for something better, or whatever it is… Then what makes it even worse is, I feel like the world was then looking at me, laughing at me. I felt embarrassed; I felt horrified. I had serious breakdowns. I did. Because it wasn’t just the heartbreak I was dealing with. I was dealing with everybody looking at me, and I felt ridiculed. I just couldn’t cope with it; I hated it. I was breaking down in performances, which isn’t like me at all. I was crying constantly. I think I was depressed… I know that sounds ridiculous! But I think it was this plus this plus this, and everything on top. First half my two cousins that played at West Meck they were like bully guards. So they picking him up, pack Gym Dell Curry in there and they was just bullying him, picking him up full court. He was turning it over, air balling like so in the second half I don’t know what happened. I swear to God, man. If you from Charlotte, they know this real. He had like 45 in the second half. And it was like I remember talking because Dell was there, OG, and we was just talking . It starts like, I tell people like I was a high school All-American and so when I got to college, it was like it starts over. They don’t care. You know, they don’t like you was a top player in high school. This is now you’re playing against grown men. And then I was college first team All-American. Then you get to the league and it’s like they don’t care. You start over again. And so what you got to understand, everybody in the NBA was stars were before the NBA. When you look at a guy and I always like to use Pat Beverly, for example, Pat Beverly averaged 30 something in high school, 40 like and then, you know, once he start leveling up and leveling up, everybody did that. “Because I think a lot of people are familiar with you know, pop stars have these alter egos on stage and then they're also a little bit potentially different behind the scenes. Can you talk about what the difference is between those two personas?” ROSÉ: I think, you know, like I started off as, my whole career started as Blackpink and I feel like it was so much fun creating this character on stage because I'm just from like Australia, like in my bedroom, but like it was so much fun creating this like pop star, like character. It was so much fun. And then I think creating my first solo album, it was my discover of like, you know, who am I? And like when I was naming the album, I really thought a lot about it. There was like options like, you know, number one girl. And then a lot of people did like, what about Rosie? And at first I was like, it seems a bit like narcissistic. I'm not sure. And then it slowly grew on me. And then, you know, just the idea of it being Rosie because Rosé has been such a big part of my life. And that's what we present ourselves as Blackpink, Blackpink Rosé. And I felt like this was very opposite. And so I noticed that it was closer to kind of introducing a different version of me, like because it combined all the stories I would talk about with my friends and family. And they call me Rosie at home. And of course, the online name that the company had made for me from at the beginning of Blackpink, I remember when it happened was like the day before they released my picture, profile picture, they were like, Rosé. And like the name got announced.

🦌 “what’s that scar?” ask shim ricky about it…. i got it while messing around with shim ricky, i was playing around with shim ricky and i ended up with a scar… yeah… we were playing tag, and i ran into something. i crashed into it, and it hurt, so i was like, “ah..!!” so he was like, “qubing… are you okay?” i was like, “no, i ran into it myself so it’s okay~” so he was like, “i’m sorry… that looks really painful…” and i was like, “no, it's fine~” then on kakaotalk… it was night back then, and when i went into the room and saw it under the light and it looked pretty serious… so i texted him, “hey ricky, i think this is pretty bad…” and he went “oh.. i’m sorry…” and i told him “i’m joking!” … HAHAHA… that’s what happened

giselle was explaining how birthdays can get kinda stressful for her, so i’m just really glad she’s got her members around today ♡ 🌙 i’m the type who gets really awkward about birthdays. i get very nervous on my birthday. in some ways, it actually makes me a bit shy. birthdays just kinda feel weird, you know what i mean? so i felt like i couldn’t do this alone, and that’s why i called my girlfriend. — ⭐️ but don’t you feel like birthdays are slowly kind of losing their spark? 🌙 yeah, totally, but it’s been like that for a while (for me). i guess i should say that birthdays are rather becoming a bit stressful. i mean, personally, of course, celebrating together like this and feeling loved is really nice. it’s just that when you’re alone on your birthday, you kind of feel (stressed) like that. it happens sometimes.
