We just returned from Arunachal after spending 6 days there . Beautiful state. We hardly saw any policeman anywhere. ILP was checked only once while entering from Tezpur & once on way to Bumla pass. That’s it. So this is being exploited. Not good for a sensitive border state.

ILP is an eyewash. I have entered Arunachal Pradesh with IPL taken online, which no one checked. Don't expect every visitor to carry ILP. The issue is deeper, must be muslims have antagonised the locals with their age old practice of conversion and open namaz etc.
