I feel for you. The pinnacle of your career—reaching the heights you have—only to be placed in charge of a failing nation’s failing navy. It must be heartbreaking. I have zero doubt that the vast majority of the sailors are grafters and hard workers. However, government after government has let defence down. They are failing our soldiers, sailors, airmen and marines—which ultimately means failing the people of this nation.
