@ryangrim Richmond Virginia has had zero water throughout the entire city since Monday. We can't bathe, use sink, flush etc. Hospitals, businesses, gas stations, restaurants etc are all closed. Residents scrambling for water. I'd love for y'all to cover this!

A) Forget taxing, if we confiscated ALL of the Billionaires' money, it would only cover 9 months of the U.S. budget. B) What we _really_ can't afford is $36T (and growing) in debt. If we didn't have to pay that back, we'd have plenty of money for lots of things. C) The lion's share of that debt was used to finance wars overseas. Ending the wars would have a far bigger impact than anything else. D) If you tax the billionaires too much, they relocate their businesses overseas. The _vast_ majority of countries in the world are _begging_ billionaires to invest in their countries. Nations that have no businesses appreciate that if you have no businesses you get no taxes - Billionaires are the "good" problem.

@ryangrim Wait, did Musk or Bezos made it so there's no fire department? Did they turned off the water and prevented proper water and forest management? People in Malibu pay plenty of taxes too. The problem always was the political mismanagement, corruption and waste, not billionaires.
