There has been no uniform system developed to insure election integrity using ballot audits. Voting is a free wheeling operation that makes fraudulent voting easy which Democrats are fighting to retain and uphold the Fraudulent Voting Party. Mai-in voting in Democrat run states sometimes have no chain of custody for mail-in ballots. Democrats do not even want to make sure only citizens are voting because in the Democrat universe of voting anyone can vote at anytime including registering and voting the same day-citizen and noncitizen alike. If one million Martians landed in California and New York three months before an election they would be given every federal benefit by Democrats and allowed to vote in the next election.
