As his time in office winds down, we've got a simple message for our founder and America's climate governor: Thanks, @GovInslee.

During @govinslee's first 10 years in office, state CO2 emissions increased 11% according to the US EPA. ( U.S. emissions declined by 5%. Praising a failed governor for failure is why many believe climate policy is about politics not the planet.
