Does the A-spire and A-rise sound the same? Do they have the same specs in term of drivers and sound? If so the a-spire is a no brainer for me. Dont need all that noise cancelation

Not quite the same. For one, the A-Rise is much larger, has more powerful passive noise reduction, and 42 mm drivers. A-Spire is lighter, more comfy, 40 mm drivers. Check our website for more specs on each product.
