I wonder if we could some how adapt camera tech like what you are using to record this video...to somehow combine facial recognition tech like they also use in your phone to track the speed of vehicles and automatically issue speeders tickets for violating public safety in school zones...who ever could package that tech up would make a killing. War on the poor though...target fare dodgers on TTC on a progressive scale but remove speed cameras....lol...
