This was my second attempt at making tonkotsu ramen because the first time I used the wrong bones and the broth came out too dark. For the recipes I followed wayoframen Youtube videos which has really good recipes on everything ramen. You can also achieve the tonkotsu broth by doing what I did but in a pressure cooker for faster results.

i'm really enjoying 14.2, but i did ~80 miles of highway driving today and there's still pretty serious issues changing lanes on the model s, especially at night it will either do the lane change half way, then wobble back and forth for 1-2 seconds and bail, or take an insane amount of time to attempt at all in this video you can see my blinker was on (reflecting off the ground in the rear) for nearly 40 seconds with plenty of opportunity to change lanes and when it did, it hesitated which you can see. i took over to complete the lane change here

Although injury and illness struck, yesterday I managed to climb the highest mountain in the UK This week, I planned on attempting the national 3 peaks challenge. Unfortunately during the decent of Ben Nevis, I popped something in my ankle and my knee which i injured years ago, started to fail. Alongside not being in a good mental state, I was advised to not go ahead with the other 2, with it just being virtually impossible with timing and for safety. Although I am gutted that I couldn’t do the peaks, It’s unbelievable to say that I have successfully climbed the highest mountain in the UK on my first ever attempt of climbing a mountain. With getting to the summit in under 5 hours. That alone, would never have been possible just a few months ago. Failure is such a strong word but equally not every challenge was made to be completed on the first attempt. A huge thank you to the lads who joined me for sticking alongside me and putting my safety first. Once recovered, we attempt it again after plenty of training ❤️

So quick story behind this clip which is funny as hell... Scott Kennedy is teaching me about something called a "shoey" He said if I got "50 subs" I would have to drink beer from a shoe. Which right after, I got 50 gifted. Therefore, I kept my word and I DoorDashed beer to my house. Little did I know, DoorDash ripped me off and the beer said "delievered" but it never was. So I lost -30$. I then asked for a refund which they didn't give LOL. To keep things short. While ordering another delivery for beer. I disconnected from 2 games to deal with the delivery, my computer crashed, I got scammed and lost $-100 from DoorDash. My chat made account names with the DoorDash drivers name to troll me. ANYWAYS, I'M LEARNING OTHER CULTURES AND IT'S A GOOD MEMORY ON STREAM

The lies recently told by scientists and bureaucrats about the likelihood of a LAB ORIGIN for Covid really got under my skin. They were publicly saying "not a chance!" while privately discussing that it was, in fact, the most likely probability based on the data they had. While not a surprise, and I always suspected as much, the (1) brazenness of it and (2) the fact that Congress isn't doing anything about it from a penalty standpoint explains why I lose it a bit in the video below (language warning). This is a piece I did for my subscribers a couple of days ago, but enough of them said "release it!" that I am doing so here. As always, I bring the receipts, this time in my farm wear...

Just did a quick video on a couple of the reasons I'm cautious on the market here and why I have not yet covered my $SPY short. With that said, cycle work shows a strong tendency to rally starting sometime in April/May. We are likely looking at a cyclical decline within an on-going secular bull market. However, every bear market starts as a pullback, and when the warning signs are present, I treat a pullback as a potential bear market and step aside until the smoke clears. The biggest warning sign currently is the way individual stocks are behaving and the distribution dominate tape we are seeing. Enjoy the video.
