The Supreme Court has ruled that around $200 billion may or may not have to be refunded. The lower court will decide in the next six to eight weeks. We saw FedEx's complaints but small business can't afford to do what FedEx is doing, and yet they are entitled to more than half of that money, if indeed it's going to be returned. I am inundated requests from our CEOs. So like every other investor, we're looking at this and listening to our portfolio companies. I'm hiring hundreds of lawyers now. What else can I do? We wanna know that if there is a receivable that has the triple A credit of the government. This has put a compliance cost on small business that we never anticipated coming. l've launched to organize impacted businesses and monitor developments as official refund procedures, if any, are established. We're building a structured initiative to stay compliant and to keep small businesses informed as clarity comes from Treasury and policymakers.
