Ummm…she appears to be flying. As a pilot, I think that’s her job. What are we meant to be upset about?

Pilot here: She positively and firmly rotated at V1. She actively used the elevator trim to hold her desired climb angle. She has her plate out for her departure procedure. She is proactively correcting for what is obviously quite a bit of crosswind. Looks textbook.

Sounds like she rotated properly at V1, maintained a nice smooth takeoff, and the takeoff and initial climb looked very normal. As long as she is well trained, focused, and is competent, I have no issues. She looks well organized with her charts nearby as well.
