Asked Speaker Johnson yesterday on Trump’s MTP comments on due process when he said “I don’t know” about upholding Constitution. "Is the president expected to be an expert on all Supreme Court cases on that issue? I don't think so. I think he'll uphold the Constitution.”

"I think?" Says it all.

A rundown of Donald Trump’s biggest campaign promises and whether he has or hasn’t delivered.

The president always needs to uphold the Constitution. “I don’t know” is a wrong answer. There was only one right answer, and Trump got it wrong.

This is about the dumbest riposte possible from Mike Johnson. It does not take "an expert on all Supreme Court cases on the issue" to know that saying "I don't know" to upholding the US Constitution was a disavowal of the Presidential oath.

Johnson thinks Trump will uphold the Constitution? Unacceptable.

Yes. The us president should be sufficiently informed about Supreme Court decisions related to his policies and be aware of long standing interpretations of the constitution.

Cuck is serving his master...

That is the point, it does not take legal scholar to know that that oath thingee he swore to at the time of his inauguration was to the Constitution. Not himself, not Russia, not MAGA. The Constitution, our constitution.

I guess the President isn’t supposed to have a 8th grade understanding of the Constitution and Supreme Court system?

@mrbigg450 Gaslighting, lying, corrupt, cowardly pieces of shit.

I believe we are in crisis. The distance between what is said and what is known to be true has become an abyss. For all the things at risk, the loss of an objective reality is perhaps the most dangerous. The death of truth is the ultimate victory of evil. Andor
