Here is my last point on Kimmel. If Kimmel came on and apologized like this the day after his remarks he probably wouldn’t have been suspended. But by all accounts he wanted to double down. Again for the billionth time this isn’t a free speech issue. He works for Mickey Mouse on NETWORK TV. Nobody said he was going to jail. He was dealing with the consequences of making off color jokes about the murder of a guy who meant a ton to a ton of people and blamed it on the very people who love him the most before the body was even cold. So yeah there was outrage that Mickey had to deal with. Then the pendulum swung the other way and they put him back on air. Either way it was never a free speech issue. When you work for somebody else and you offend a ton of people you deal with the consequences. Him framing this as free speech is a joke.

This man has his American Bully dog at a park. The dog was sitting in a sit/stay training excercise. He’s had extensive training. He did have a leash on but his owner obviously didn’t have the leash in his hand, part of his continued training. As the owner walks back to him, a gentleman comes up and asks him to please put him on a leash and to hold the leash because there is a lot of distractions at the park. The owner replies “that is part of training.” The owner said “If I thought there was even a small chance he would harm a kid or react the wrong way, I wouldn't put him in that position. This isn't luck. This is hours and hours of real world training, consistency, and building him up around distractions the right way….. Breeds like American Bullies and similar dogs get judged before people even see them work, but this is what they're really about with the right leadership. Loyal, stable, and solid companions.” Some people said the gentleman who approached the owner was putting his own insecurities on a very well mannered dog. He had instant judgement. Others at the park complimented the owner on how well behaved his dog was. What a good boy that dog was. ❤️ Would you be upset if you were at the park with your child and saw this dog sitting there with his owner about 50 yards away? The shooting was horrifying. But the more disturbing part was what was revealed after. At a press conference in New York City this morning, DHS Secretary Kristi Noem confirmed the shooter was in the country illegally....and that the Biden administration had released him back into the public after detaining him in 2023. “We just recently in the last couple of days have had one of our own that has been attacked and has been harmed dangerously by violent criminals that have been run loose here in New York City but also in this country,” she said. “As a result of sanctuary city policies and the policies of the Biden administration.” According to Noem, the off-duty officer and his friend were simply walking when the attempted robbery began. Had the officer not been carrying his weapon, she said, the outcome could’ve been far worse. “They were attacked by two individuals that were set on robbing them and thankfully he had his service weapon with him and able to defend himself and his friend and injured one of those individuals that was trying to do them harm.” Then she dropped the detail that stunned the room. “One of the suspected attackers, the one that was injured, his name is Miguel Francisco Mora Nunez, a Dominican national that was entering into this country illegally back in 2023. He was then released back into this country by the Biden administration.”

So, as I’ve said a zillion times, it’s hard to recognize miracles as they happen. It’s easier to look back and realize that you experienced a miracle, but when you’re in it, you sometimes miss it. That’s what you have me for. 🤣 So, you’ve heard by now how a ballistic missile with hundreds of kilo of explosives landed right in the middle of an apartment complex. You saw the massive amount of damage. You’ve heard that sadly several people were badly injured and many walked away with minor injuries. Some are still fighting for their lives, so it’s hard for me to call that a miracle… (Although I can’t shake the feeling of how much worse this could have been.) However, and sit down for this, you aren’t going to believe this story. First of all, this is a story confirmed by the rescue team who was on the scene so it’s 100% legit. So, after the massive blast, a man on the third floor of one of the buildings that collapsed was looking frantically for his son who had previously been sleeping. He looked and looked and couldn’t find him. Then the rescue team informed him that they found his son and he only sustained light injuries. So where was his son? The impact was so strong that this kid was thrown out the window of the third floor all the way to the ground floor outside of the building. They found him among the rubble. How was he saved, you ask? He was saved because along with him, his bed and mattress were also thrown out the window. He landed on his mattress and walked away with minor scratches. I watched this interview and had to listen a few times to confirm what I had just heard. If that’s not a miracle, I don’t know what is. There are miracles happening all around us. You just have to open your eyes and be willing to see them.

I visited Mathew at the hospital earlier today. It’s been two weeks since he had his first surgery and it has been a roller coaster of emotions for all of us. His recovery hasn’t been linear and there’s been a lot of new complexities from an underlying ailment which was previously undiagnosed. This meant he had to go in for a few more surgeries and will remain in ICU for much longer than we had anticipated. We also haven’t been able to take him off the ventilator yet as we discovered partial paralysis of his diaphragm. It is now clear that Mathew’s treatment is far more extensive than we thought and will require long term support if he his to come out of this alive. The best doctors have been consulted and are in charge of his care. He’s in good hands. Mathew’s life is indeed a miracle and I know God’s promise remains true despite this storm. He’ll survive this and maybe even pay it forward for other children like him someday. It is still costing us a lot of money to pay for his treatment (We’ve had to pay about 10 million naira so far). But we’ll never give up on him until all of this comes to an expected end. Please still donate if you can, and most importantly keep him in your prayers. watching the trailer again it seems to me like chan is being given 2 options 🤔 this (the regular life where he had a normal job) or that (the life where he's rich and famous). even though he tries to choose 'this', his voice comes out all distorted and the barista insists on giving him 'that'. and even the cup that he presented as 'this' was turned so it actually read 'that'. as if he never had a choice at all and his fate was already decided for him

He was wrongfully accused of rape by a woman, and he spent 37 years of his life in prison, before it was discovered through DNA testing a few years ago, he was innocent of the crime. He was arrested as a teenager, and released as an elderly. With this talent of his, do you know how successful he would have become, musically, had it been his youth was not taken away from him by a woman who wrongfully accused him of rape?
