Twitch Streamer Denims is not satisfied with Twitch Streamer Emiru's written statement, as she's not specifically disavowing Twitch Streamer Asmongold for his political takes. Denims keeps pivoting her argument when people point out her stupidity in even making the argument in the first place. - First, it was Emiru speaking on things she knows nothing about (The Ethan Klein talking point) - to speaking about ICE ( the having apathy towards politics argument) -to now disavowing Asmongold because he has political takes that don't align with Denims personally. This is day 3 of her meltdown. lol

Twitch Streamer Denims is STILL having a meltdown over Twitch Streamer Emiru's comments over her (Denims) lawsuit with YouTuber Ethan Klein. Denims make the notion that a streamer can't say they don't want to comment on political things they know nothing about, while also at the same time speaking on social drama events/lawsuits that they know nothing about. Denims is attempting to weaken the strong distinction between speaking on political events and speaking on social internet drama, because it's convenient for her.

It's like, see, I knew it. I knew he was connected. As a judge, probably the last thing you want is someone trying to pull a fast one on you. Denims previously stated that she would go to trial, but that is incorrect; her lawyers have filed a pre-trial motion for judgment on the pleadings. Her lawyers are potentially attempting to avoid trial by filing the motion in the first place because they are asserting that the original petition is so factually weak that the judge can make a ruling based on the pleadings alone. (This is my opinion) They can also potentially settle, to which Denims states that she will not settle.
