Twitch Streamer Denims is attempting to shift the goal post on Twitch, Hasan Pikers Pragmata take stating that when Hasan is referencing "unfuckable losers," hes specifically talking about people who don't play the game and are making x posts about it. I also saw an Asmongold clip stating that when Hasan references "Dr. Pepper and Cheetos," hes talking specifically about Asmongold there because those are his favorites. Denims also does this weird line of argumentation, stating that people who are making posts on x about pragamata are not actually gamers who play the game, because the real gamers would be talking about it on Subreddits, or on Discord about it. This is just an entirely speculative weak argument to make. I suspect Denims was making it to prep her arguments to defend Hasan.

Twitch Streamer Asmongold announces that his lawsuit with Kick Streamer Mizkif has been dismissed. Asmongold also shows that after a post that Mizkif made about Asmongold, Mizkif blocked him. Asmongold also further explains the context of the screenshot that Mizkif used between him (Asmongold) and Twitch Streamer Emiru. Denims previously stated that she would go to trial, but that is incorrect; her lawyers have filed a pre-trial motion for judgment on the pleadings. Her lawyers are potentially attempting to avoid trial by filing the motion in the first place because they are asserting that the original petition is so factually weak that the judge can make a ruling based on the pleadings alone. (This is my opinion) They can also potentially settle, to which Denims states that she will not settle.

While also running with the allegations without getting permission. She also points out the framing of Mals ' Google document, stating that the document was intended to reduce harm, but in reality performed the opposite and caused harm. In the filing, Denims covers a quote of hers that is being used in the lawsuit by Ethan's attorney, specifically stating Denims is acting as a market replacement for the nuke, thus committing copyright infringement: " if you want to enjoy it (Ethan's content nuke on Hasan), you know, come and enjoy the watch party somewhere else." Denims states: " The full quote is if you want to enjoy it, come, you know, come and enjoy the watch party somewhere else, in reference to not spamming it in Hasan chat. Instead of watching it somewhere that isn't spamming it in Hasan's chat because Hasan is not going to watch it. Like, the levels of dishonesty are crazy. And the fact that people still just take everything Ethan says at face value is kind of embarrassing. At that point just desperately want to believe that this guy wouldn't lie to you. and so you are just going double triple quadruple down." Wasn't Hasan already stating that he wasn't going to watch the nuke prior to it releasing? Part of her return stream is telling her chat that she possibly ate moldy mushrooms when micro-dosing, and she's afraid that she's going to die during her trip.
