I couldn’t let Gavin Newsom get away with calling Vice President JD Vance JD Vance “a fraud & a phony” without addressing the fact that NEWSOM is actually the fraud/phony. It’s clear that even in the FRIENDLIEST environment, with Democrat operative Jen Psaki throwing Newsom a SOFTBALL question, Newsom couldn’t articulate ANY specifics about why he’s better than Vance. James Comer calls on the DOJ to take actions against Hunter Biden and James Biden for lying before Congress and I think everybody should listen to this clip because it does highlights some of the egregious behaviors of the previous administration, but the problem that we have that is not discussed in this clip is that there was a pardon issued to each one of them. Now I’m not a lawyer I did some basic research and it looks like that pardon would prohibit the DOJ from pursuing a case. Is that an accurate statement or no?
