You are aware that the Syrian government under Assad followed a socialist form of governance known as Baath. In this system, districts send their politicians to regional councils, where they attempt to gain the trust of voters. The winners of these elections can then represent the Baath government and actively contribute to its policies. However, I cannot certify these elections as credible, as they are conducted using simple and insecure paperwork.
