My view hasn’t changed. If you want to represent residents, you should be able to read council reports, understand budgets, ask informed questions and communicate clearly with the public. That’s why, years ago, I called for all Labour candidates to have a minimum standard of GCSE English and Maths, or an equivalent qualification. During the local election campaign, there were candidates from across the political spectrum who raised serious concerns about whether they had the communication skills and ability required for such an important public role. Thankfully, some of those who struggled to answer basic questions or communicate clearly were not elected because you do have to wonder what council meetings would look like if they had been. I do, however, thank Shaykh Zahir Mehmood for his honesty in addressing the issue openly. At least he has started a conversation many people have privately been thinking for years. Those elected who struggle to speak English properly, or who do not have the skills to carry out the role effectively, should reflect carefully on what is truly best for their communities and whether they can genuinely fulfil the responsibilities expected of a councillor. Being a councillor is a serious responsibility, not a token position. Especially in Birmingham, it is one of the highest civic roles in society and should be treated with the utmost respect at all times. #fyp

It still blows my mind that we can create promo videos for brands in 1 hour. I recently worked with an upcoming fabric brand to integrate AI into their processes. Feeling confident in the tools, I thought, "Why not draft up a promo video with them?" I selected a few images from their website, generated more to fit the theme, and ran them through Image-2-Video in Runway. One hour later, we had a promo video. 🤯 A year ago, something like this would have never occurred due to the logistics and resources needed to do such a project. Now, they can put 3 creatives on a project like this, create multiple videos, and run test ads on socials to see which performs best. All in a matter of hours and days.

Some artists are like sunshine — just their presence alone can bring warmth to the people around them. For me, Orm feels exactly like that. She carries such a gentle and comforting energy that naturally makes people feel at ease. Seeing the results from Tamil Nadu, one could certainly say that Veerappan was ahead of his time he had accurately understood the mindset and patterns of the Tamil people. Yet Nick admits he's never dated or slept with a female woman. I wonder who is he going for in the pool. And shallow pool is a euphemism for kiddie pool, which is a shallow pool. It is not the fault of the Igbos. They are simply employing their own people, replacing indigenous workers with more Igbos. The highest superintendent in Chevron is an Igbo woman — she is the one doing this. Can you blame her? No. I blame our useless, spineless Itsekiri leaders. Out of 18 graduates recently employed for work on Itsekiri land, 12 are Igbos. The rest are just 2 Yorubas and a few from other tribes. Not a single Itsekiri graduate was employed — in our own land. And some of you still want to blame the Igbos for dominating? No. That is their nature. That is who they are. They look out for one another without apology. You cannot blame them for it. Where are the leaders of Warri Kingdom? Who are the Itsekiri contractors to Chevron? Who negotiated these employment arrangements? Why is this happening under their watch while our graduates are completely shut out? Ilaje and itsekiri graduates protested just last year for employment why were igbos employed? Who let it happen? These are the questions we should be asking. Chevron and these companies do this because they know Itsekiris are not violent people. They know they can take us for granted and walk over us as they like. Would they try this with the Ibibios or the Ijaws? With the Hausa or Fulani? Never. They would not dare. Even the Igbos themselves would never tolerate this in their own land. They would burn the company down before allowing such a thing. But Itsekiris? We are lions without teeth. They know it kills. So why, when the evidence shows that Remdsivir has such a high kill rate would they target the unvaccinated with such a toxic drug when there are so many other safe alternatives available ? And if REMDESIVIR is so good, why do the treatment protocols recommend it be given to an unvaccinated 45 year-old - but not a 75 year-old vaccinated person ? Is it just a coincidence that it helps those selling the experimental shots (and the politicians that have claimed "safe & effective") to have unvaccinated people die with covid in hospitals ? For then they can claim, "the vaccines protect you - look at all these unvaccinated people dying in hospital dying from Covid" In sane world, you’d never believe it, but these people have form, just look at how they blocked Ivermectin and mandated injections to young people - without a care how many people they killed.

Too many people are terrified of the truth. I am talking about those who are obsessed with Israel. Nothing scares them and threatens them more than truth. Understand this so you stop wasting your energy on those who refuse to listen. For many of them, the truth isn’t just uncomfortable. It would shatter them. That’s why they fight so hard to stay blind. Stop expecting them to see. Stop arguing. Stop hoping. Remember antisemitism is a symptom. It’s not the cause. So for the woke right crowd and woke left progressives, being right matters more than the truth. Admitting they were wrong about something feels like an existential threat to their ego, to their identity, to their reputation, to their credibility. They don’t have maturity, intelligence, courage and mental capacity to admit their mistakes. You can wake up someone who is asleep. You cannot wake up someone who is only pretending to be asleep. And most of the time, their denial is not even in their conscious level. When you confront them with the truth, their brain kicks into defense mode. It twists reality, rewrites history, ignores evidence. Anything to protect the fragile ego. It becomes like survival to them. Their brain subconsciously tries to keep them alive. The kindest and most effective thing you can do is this: Ignore them completely. Isolate them. Act like they don’t exist. Don’t hate them. Hate still gives them energy. Don’t engage. Don’t feed them attention. Just walk away and pour your energy into people and things that can actually grow and learn.

In a video circulating online on Wednesday, the veteran movie star was seen expressing her displeasure after the ladies arrived for an audition without wearing bras. Ezeonu, who served as one of the judges at the audition, was visibly displeased with the way the two young girls dressed for the event. The video, shared on TikTok by @mrdoingscartel, showed the actress sternly warning the girls that such clothing was unacceptable for an audition, especially one she was judging. The actress made it clear that anyone appearing in such an outfit at an audition she is judging would be immediately disqualified. Ezeonu asked the girls who they were trying to impress and told them that she never dressed that way even when she was their age. She said, "Any day I’m on any audition table and anyone comes to me dressed like this, I will disqualify that person. "How can you come to an audition without a bra and with a crop top? It’s wrong. "Who are you trying to impress? That’s why people see us as people who are not serious. I’m a serious-minded actor; you can’t catch me dressed like this, even when I was your age. It’s wrong.
