Brother, if you had ever read the Holy Quran, you would not have made such a comment. "And do not say of those who are slain in the way of Allah that they are dead. Nay, they are alive, but you perceive it not". Surah Al-Baqarah - Verse 154 And do not call those who are killed in the way of Allah as dead. This verse was revealed in honour of the martyrs. Some people used to express sorrow over the martyrdom of the martyrs, saying that they had been deprived of worldly bounties by being martyred. It was then that this blessed verse was revealed. (Khazin, Al-Baqarah, under verse 154, Vol 1 / P 103) In it, it is stated that they sacrificed their temporary, mortal life in the path of Allah Almighty and in return attained an eternal, everlasting life.
