Without incentives, people won't come here to buy stocks. Also, it isn't currently possible to directly add stocks from Robinhood; adding liquidity and offering rewards are the primary incentives that will drive other routing services to tap into this liquidity. Otherwise, other markets will inevitably add this feature sooner or later—it is merely a matter of timing.
