Astronaut Hadfield once filmed a cover of David Bowie's "Space Oddity" on the ISS. Accordingly, Mr. Hadfield said he had to strum and hold the guitar to keep it from drifting away in a zero-gravity environment. Along with that, his hands have to constantly move up and down to strum the guitar. This makes controlling a guitar while playing music quite difficult in space. Mr. Hadfield's recording of the music played by guitar in space is quite messy. Obviously, playing guitar on the ground and in space are two completely different things.
