Will you ever order food from a food delivery service again after watching this video? This is about as disgusting of a story you will hear. A person in Long Beach, California ordered Mexican hibachi via GrubHub. When the driver went to pick up the food, the restaurant’s CEO, Martin Luzanilla, noticed that he had opened the food in his car and was eating it. So Luzanilla went outside and approached the driver, who shoveling the food into his mouth, as part of the food was falling out of his mouth and back into the container. Thankfully Martin called the person who ordered the food to let them know not to eat it. That person had already received the food and it was already all repackaged to look like no one ate it. Martin then thankfully made the customer new food.

Do people not check the prices of food before they order it? And it's the same playbook every single time with these people: -Take the food back -Complain anyway when you're getting a receipt -Threaten and insult the staff If she took 3 seconds to think, she would understand these employees don't make the prices. The company does. There is no amount of money that would make me work in the food service industry in 2026. None at all. I'll give her credit though, at least she didn't jump over the counter. 🤷‍♂️

This lady ordered her food through DoorDash and when the order is placed the food is prepped for the driver, however the driver took 25 minutes to pick up the food and when she received it it was cold so she took it back to Wendy’s for a replacement and the manager agreed and was going to fix it for her until she started knocking on the counter demanding extra food for her trouble to come back, the manager took exception to her behavior and threw the food in the trash and told her to take it up with DoorDash, after all it was DoorDash’s mistake and they do have remedies for this type of thing, he was just being accommodating, when this didn’t work out for her she snatched another customer’s food and took off out the door.

If you go out to pickup food at a drive through like McDonald’s or any other fast food location, is it appropriate to have to tip the person who hands you your food? Tipping is usually appropriate at a sit down restaurant where a server waits on you. I’ve even seen people tip at coffee shops for the baristas making your custom coffee orders. But to tip at a fast food window seems inappropriate, the workers aren’t making server wages. So why would it be appropriate to tip your barista but not tip the people making your food at a drive through window or is it not appropriate at all?

A normal shift at McDonald’s suddenly turned chaotic when a frustrated customer decided the drive-thru argument wasn’t enough. Instead of waiting or asking for a refund, the customer walked behind the counter, crossed into the employee area, and attacked the manager, knocking them to the ground. This gentleman delivers door for a restaurant on his pedal bike. Today was different however, he was called for a deliver at a museum located in a federal building. The location is teaming with security, guards in the courtyard and at every entrance. There is even a metal detector station at one of the main entrances. They wouldn’t let him in to deliver the food, and the gentleman who ordered it isn’t answering his phone. He ended up leaving his food at the metal detector station. I feel that his ordeal was much more drawn out and longer than it should have been. Wouldn’t it be easier for all facilities like this to have a protocol for when employees order food, there is a known clear location to drop it off instead of harassing the deliver workers and treating them like criminals?

I get that there are rules and regulations, but watching this much food go straight into the trash is painful. There has to be a better way for big retailers to handle situations like this. If their fridges go down, they should be allowed to call a church or local organization to pick up the food and get it to people who actually need it—instead of dumping it all. This needs to change. They could write it off as a donation, and everyone wins.
