The worse part of "food" in America is it has lost its soul - the family get together. The time in the kitchen cooking with grandma. Drying dishes. The relaxation that comes from a ritual daily family gathering. I think what @travisk is proposing just sounds like greed and material proccesing. (And Jason is likely an investor - shameless promoter is he)

Will you ever order food from a food delivery service again after watching this video? This is about as disgusting of a story you will hear. A person in Long Beach, California ordered Mexican hibachi via GrubHub. When the driver went to pick up the food, the restaurant’s CEO, Martin Luzanilla, noticed that he had opened the food in his car and was eating it. So Luzanilla went outside and approached the driver, who shoveling the food into his mouth, as part of the food was falling out of his mouth and back into the container. Thankfully Martin called the person who ordered the food to let them know not to eat it. That person had already received the food and it was already all repackaged to look like no one ate it. Martin then thankfully made the customer new food.

I think, frist of all, an unbelievable effort from the team really to put the car down, you know, at 9:20 this morning. But the was ready at 9:00 you know. We were waiting on a bit of a better track condition and a few things that we wanted to be perfect before we went out. But yeah, from Fiorano testing with Ollie to here there's been moving like people have climbed mountains really to make this car work and it's been really good. So, we are dealing with the plan, learning as it goes. Of course, it's a busy program that we have for the day. So you know, its gonna be difficult to complete it. But for the first real day of driving, I think so far it's going really well and we'll keep pushing to make sure that all the details are covered. But we have more days than normal which is a good thing. Q: Very early days, of course, but just how different are these cars to drive? Have you had a chance to play around a little bit with some of the new modes? Ocon: Yeah, it's very difficult, very complicated. I got lucky be able to do a lot of simulator days before we started the year, so we are pretty well set on that. Everything is clear, but yes, it's very complicated you know, for all of us. But I hope that this will be the same for everyone, because if it is we're in the same boat, so we'll see. Q: But I get the sense you're really relishing that challange and what about the priorities from here, the rest of the weel here at the shakedown? 🫂💚My dear friends, I am feeling so much better.🙏 I know I already thanked you for all your kindness, well-wishes and prayers, but I’d like to thank you again. You are all wonderful people and even better friends! What would I do without you all? I have news I would like to share with you, because it is important. I spoke to chef Khaled yesterday. Remember him? The wonderful chef who is famous in our neighbourhood for his lovely fluffy yellow rice? We decided that we must set up the kitchen. This is our calling, and we know it is dangerous, but we have to risk it. The gathering of people for food won’t be much different from the gathering of people for water. We are somewhat encouraged by this, as it means it might be just as safe (or dangerous, depending on how you view it) to set up the kitchen again. I think it is very necessary. We spoke to people who were collecting water, and the people from our camp. They all agreed it would be a lifesaving and life-changing operation if we started the kitchen again. There are some initiatives in the area, but some are only there once in a while and most of the food served is not very nutritious, unfortunately. So we are gathering food and necessities for the kitchen like cooking oil, and we will start tomorrow, if it is God’s will, my dear friends. With the incredible skills of chef Khaled and our amazing team of kitchen workers, we will try to offer a healthy and delicious warm meal every day. I want to point out that this does not mean we will stop the water distribution. This is still a vital part of our activities. People are in serious need of fresh water, as it is incredibly hard to find. I hope you will keep helping us, so we can indeed help our community here survive. Thank you, my dear friends.
