I see a drill that can actually help create an athletic move w/o being robotic. A lot of good things going on there if you believe movement happens from the middle.

People at Battleground are as good as it gets, either successful college or former successful college coaches or hard nosed former pros. Always changing and evolving.

battlegroundbg - this guy might be worse than tread athletics w/"simplified mechanics" schtick. has anybody made IF throws w/changeup or palm ball(?) grip? the whole drill is sh-t, while creating awful grip tendency. (note: i developed tendency to throw from 3B w/2S FB grip due to pitching at 9 yo. by HS, tailing was obvious, knew how to start throw at 1B right shoulder, ended near center of chest. when prodded to try & change grip in HS, may have been only time i've been speechless. don't @ me if you don't understand)
