This is a awesome Dev Day. I am happy now 😊

🤣

This was a disappointing devday tbh

Doesn't matter how fast it is if the quality isn't there, and boy the demos did not bode well lol The controlling 3d stage was dope, but only made me think I can't wait to see what the fuck google has cooked for genie 4

Ooooo having JEV built in is gonna be 🔥🔥

Not to be outdone

i think they missed a real opportunity..

For a small biz the race doesn't matter much. What does: Dots, Muse and Grok Bot will soon be comparing your prices for your customers. If a bot can't read yours, you're not in the comparison.

OpenAI severly underestimates how many people do not want their personal AI with all of their context mixed up with a bunch of others talking

“Decision API” was what now? A slide on the screen? Seems like a reaction to Jev without much behind it just yet.

Also half the usage for the $200 plan, kind of weird not to mention that??

If we're using sub tokens in other apps... But we don't know how many tokens we have... (Because OpenAI don't show us) How do we know the cost of say a Higgsfield video generation??

What is with these naming conventions?

I don't see the value in using Ultrafast to just blow through my subs again

Shipping the competitive checklist (Dots / Sol / Decisions API) is the easy half. The hard half is whether each answer inherits the rival's failure modes — always-on agents without Muse's free-meter honesty, Decisions without a written acceptance path. #AgentOps #OpenAI

Do you feel like OpenAI is falling behind? Like their cost and features for the lower tiers is really lacking in comparison to other AI offerings.

Muse is free, and Dots is $200/month. I think this will be a big factor for people

Should have been q-dot. Still waiting for microscopic "fab" matter compilers. I'm a Quantum Thief at heart, thanks Hannu Rajaniemi.

Answer to" feels like a losing battle. If they're just chasing features, the moat is gone. I'd rather see them own the infrastructure so everyone else has to build on their rails.

Thanks @mreflow ✅ we've been looking out for your unique take #AInews

Wow. Lame
