At the NFL level, TRAIT LIMITATIONS become problems when process breaks down. A 4.2 DB doesn’t need to run faster. An offensive lineman doesn’t NEED longer arms. Traits amplify process — they don’t replace it. Build cleaner decisions and better sequencing. #AMDG

He’s setting too deep.. he’s not strong enough to set that deep. He needs to work his set mechanics and improve his overall strength this offseason. He’ll improve.. just his 1st year.

His problem was his pass sets weren't good. Terrible technique all game.

Man, that was clear, insightful and makes since. All of the talking heads are sticking to the script of his arms are too short but guys who have actually played the position at a high level have the opposite take.
