Athletic trainers don’t get an offseason and they rarely get a break. While others reset, they’re still showing up, putting athletes first every single day. Too often, “they get lost in the sauce.” Waco ISD is changing that by scheduling meetings, staying connected, and making sure their trainers are... show more

And here’s the kicker: Women don’t care where they get their attention from. When they don’t get it from men, they create their own female groups online. They send the post into DMs so a bunch of women can tell them how amazing they are. They fill their parasocial ego without doing any of the work. It’s the same with religion and “born again virgins.” No man or pastor thinks they’re virgins because they dunked their head in water. It’s other women telling them what they want to hear, puffing smoke up their ass. That’s all they care about. It’s superficial. And yet they call men superficial. Projection, every single time.

Stephen A Smith on the Knicks fans throwing stuff at Wemby: “This is disgusting. And let me tell you something, the fools who did it, not only do I wish they knew who it was and they get arrested, I wish they get their ass kicked. It’s real brave to do something like that when you surrounded by a whole bunch of people and nobody knows who you are.. These athletes don’t deserve that.” #GoSpursGo #PorVida

They get an eight hour salary for the day and then they get their salary for the week and they don't actually do anything for the country.”

Trippie Redd says streamers make more money and are richer than rappers because streamers sign huge deals worth as much as $60 million. On top of that, they’re constantly putting out content every single day and making money from that content, unlike rappers, who don’t want to give too much of themselves away👀 “Streamers get big streamer deals, and those streamer deals be like $60,000,000, and then on top of that they’re just giving content every single day and making money off that content every single day, versus likes rappers where we’re sacrificing a little bit because we don’t want to give too much of ourselves, and then on top of that alot of people’s deals ain’t going to be that big if their numbers ain’t that big or they don’t have the accomplishments to deserve that number, in the industry it’s alot more like the labels make more money than the artists”

There are so many families all across Pennsylvania just like Matt, Cindy, and Judy — who spend every day caring for their loved ones with an intellectual disability or autism. I’ve seen the exhaustion and desperation in the eyes of caregivers who are doing everything right, and still can’t get their loved ones the services they need. That's why I worked across the aisle to deliver a historic $354 million to give more families in our intellectual disability and autism community the chance to get the support they need and life-changing services they deserve.

Narcissists don’t lack empathy, they have low, performative, transactional, and variable empathy. Dr. Ramani Durvasula explains: They can read the room, cry at movies, and seem caring when it benefits them or when they feel safe and valued. But the empathy disappears when they’re not getting what they want. It’s why partners get confused, one day they’re loving and attentive, the next day they shut down. Research on narcissistic personality disorder shows that while cognitive empathy (understanding others' feelings) is often intact, affective empathy (sharing those feelings) is significantly impaired, leading to the variable, performative, and transactional patterns commonly observed.

🚨 TOTAL DOUBLE STANDARD IN SPORTS Liberal athletes can kneel, trash America, push every woke cause, and they get celebrated as “heroes” with million-dollar endorsement deals. But conservative athletes who love this country, support traditional values, and back the Republican Party? They get silenced, attacked, and blackballed by the mainstream sports media. The truth is a ton of athletes are fed up with the left’s agenda and quietly (or not so quietly) support conservative principles. Shoutout to Jaxson Dart, standing tall with real convictions in a league that punishes them. More guys like him need to speak up.

How you treat people says more about you than it does about them. It’s important to look after the people who work in the service industry. They’re on their feet all day, putting in long hours, often for wages that don’t reflect the effort they give. If you treat people the way you want to be treated - or better - they’ll remember you. Great service isn’t an accident, it’s a reflection of mutual respect. That’s why tipping matters. For many, it’s not just a “bonus,” it’s survival. It’s the difference between scraping by and getting ahead. Take care of those who take care of you — tip big, treat them with dignity, and make sure they feel valued. Because at the end of the day, success isn’t just measured by what you build. It’s measured by how you treat people along the way. 👉 How do you show appreciation for the people who serve you?

Took them 9 hours to delete it. Also all the major players in the Solana ecosystem suddenly delete their tweets promoting/supporting the ad and RT’d and liked takes about it being bad. They approved this, supported it and celebrated it. They rolled it back because it hurt their business, not because they thought it was wrong. This is who they chose to be. They showed you exactly who they are. They don’t get to hide that and say “oops my bad”

Do you know what the difference is between these two videos? When muslims start a boxing club in Europe, they get government recognition and subsidies. When a native European nationalist like me starts a boxing club, I get my house and boxing club raided THREE separate times by a huge police force, our members get police visits at home and are intimidatingly told that they are signalled for 'radicalisation', our trainers are harassed by tax authorities and threatened with expulsion by the boxing federation, government-funded undercover journalists dox our members and trainers and get people fired. And for those who still naïvely think we must be some dangerous group if the regime reacts with such extreme measures, be assured we are not: Yes, we are an unapologetically nationalist club and mainly white (which is rare for a boxing club in Western-Europe) but everyone is welcome and three of our trainers are Moroccan, Turkish and Tunisian. And no, even after three raids, police hasn't found a single thing to use against us. They told us they are ordered to conduct these raids, but admit they know that it is wrong and politically motivated. Even the left wing undercover journalist who tried really hard found NOTHING he could use against us so he instead resorted to doxing as many people as possible. So we have done nothing wrong. The only thing we do is implement "a healthy mind in a healthy body". Still, we are treated as terrorists because we are native Europeans. Western-Europe is ruled by regimes that hate their own people.

Real men don’t disappear when things get heavy. They step in deeper, hold tighter, and show up louder because pregnancy isn’t just her journey, it’s theirs too, and every moment of support builds a bond that starts long before the child even arrives.

Let me ask you an honest question: Who’s your daddy? If you’re a high school student athlete in Illinois, the answer is easy when it comes to one’s “Right to Play.” It’s not your Mom or Dad. It’s a private third-party vendor called the Illinois High School Association (IHSA). If you play a high school sport, the IHSA controls you even when your school day is over and even more when school isn’t even in session. It’s long been an overreach of control from a small group of narrow-minded ego-driven adults literally dictating what student athletes and families can do in their free time. But much-needed and welcome change is getting closer for all student athletes and their families, as more and more student athletes and parents come forward from present and past to speak up and talk about the disadvantages the IHSA - and those who benefit from it - have and are causing. The first victory earlier this week was by slaughter rule, a 12-0 thumping over the IHSA in committee vote. Now it moves to the big leagues. You can read more here: I encourage you to engage and educate yourself in a topic that 75 percent of high school student athletes across the U.S. can do, but it’s something high school student athletes in Illinois can’t do. Over the next 30 days, you are going to see more stories and hear directly from student athletes, families, leading athletic trainers and doctors, school leaders from Illinois and other states on local and national media outlets talking about this overreach and how the IHSA continues to put student athletes at a disadvantage. So I ask you again: Since when does a private third-party vendor get to control what student athletes and their families do, especially during their free time? Think about that. As you’ll see once again, it’s another classic case of cherry-picking to benefit one’s self by an organization that has now lost three consecutive court cases due to its unlawful dictating overreach. As always, I’ll layout both sides and show you how this has and continues to work easily and well for high school student athletes and schools across the U.S. - except in Illinois. They’ll say “health & safety.” They’ll say “scheduling & other logistics.” I’ll show you how those stocked talking points aren’t even tired, “they’re outdated” as one athletic trainer and other athletic director said to me today. Change for adults who control is always hard. It’s time to do what is right and long overdue for high school student athletes and families in Illinois. You’ll see why loud and clear beginning this week. **This is the first in a daily series.**

🚨BOOM: Senator Jeff Merkley EVISCERATES coward Republicans - tells them to get the hell out if they’re going to sit back while Trump burns this country down: “The Republicans are hiding… If you can't stand up for the values you're sworn to protect, then resign and get the hell out.” Let that sink in. And then he buried them. “They are supporting this strongman destruction of our Constitution… they are hiding from the American people.” Translation: they know exactly what’s happening - and they’re choosing fear and loyalty to one man over their oath. And here’s the kicker. Merkley says it would only take four or five Republicans to break ranks - and everything changes. But they won’t. Because they’re cowards - and they should lose their jobs. Every. Single. One.

If your 16 YO athlete isn’t willing to wake up 15-min earlier to make their own breakfast they really don’t care about getting stronger or improving as an athlete. You can’t earn that D1 scholarship with an attitude consistent with Intramural sports. Seriously, if you have a student athlete under your roof who has a phone, spends > 4 hours/day social media, goes to specialized training, plays multiple sports that you spend thousands of dollars on annually they should absolutely be able to prioritize their nutrition and sleep. Don’t be your kid’s friend, be their parent. Encourage them to pack snacks, build a routine that is centered around supporting the life they want to live. Kids need routine, structure, discipline, and guidance. They will be glad they had a parent who encouraged them to eat well and recover smart. There’s a lot of hard working athletes out there hungry to get better and will easily outperform those who have poor habits. Poor habits like staying up late, on phones for hours a day, skipping meals, drinking energy drinks, eating candy and chips as meals, and flat out showing up to training under-fueled giving 50% effort. If you want your kid to be strong and successful, ask them to put down the phone. Help them plan out their meals and snacks for games and training, get to bed early and pack their water bottle. These are simple and basic things for GOOD health. If you really want to be great you need to do the basics. If you can’t do the basics you really don’t care about being great. No one accidentally shows up to the championship game or succeeds in life by accident. Discipline, structure, and life skills need to be taught early on in life! Too many kids lack the means to succeed. It’s 2025 and it’s time to get these student athletes dialed! 📞
