It's a bit fugly, but I don't see that much change from a normal stalk? Not to mention Audi does have a working full self wipe feature since the 90's. Ain't nobody beating Renault at the stalk game though.

TBH the Tesla turn signals on the steering wheel was worse to use than this.

Idk you can get used to just about anything, no matter how complicated it may seem at first. The real miss is the same as all of them. FSD is making driving as a skill entirely irrelevant. Everyone but Tesla seem just to add more new ways for people to have to learn to drive cars

German car manufacturers try to lock you into their systems. The average German buyer of new cars is 60 years old. Once they learned a system and they test a car with different system they feel unsecure and stick to their brand. This worked for decades. And they also just like new interfaces that are completely unusable for human beings (test the "buttons" for AC in a new VW without crashing your car ...).

Not as dumb as Elon's decision to remove it entirely.
