Can’t people just say RIP and fuck off? Why is this anyone’s fucking business? If you liked him for the music say you loved the music and just be done with it. If you weren’t a fan just say nothing. His alleged personal problems are not a rarity to celebrities. Two of my friends are dead and a few more are on their way. Addiction shouldn’t be something we use as a rubric on whether or not someone was a good person.

The pool is like 75ft from the building. Even if he was intoxicated, I don't believe he was trying to jump directly into the pool. I believe the theories that he was trying to climb down from his balcony into the pool area (the hotel had denied him from the pool area earlier)

As the officer was searching the premises he ran into Trey an employee of the hotel and also African American. The officer proceeded to pull his firearm on and hold Trey at gun point for a number of minutes. The whole time Trey had his hands up and was eventually on his knees. Once verified Trey was an employee all he said to him was get out of here. Next this officer pulled his gun on another person in the hotel that also did not fit the description. The officer resigned from duty as his certification was stripped from him. Trey filed suit against the city and pulled in a settlement.
