The neighbor insists that his property line is right where this gentleman’s fence is being built. In the middle of the night, he came by and cut down the newly installed fence, and even took a sledge hammer to the new driveway installed as well because he feels it’s on his property line. The gentleman went ahead and got a survey done and clearly showed not only he was wrong, but much of the neighbors “property” is actually his.
