Redirecting uncontracted gas to 🇦🇺 would solve any ‘shortages’ we may have and bring down prices for manufacturers, businesses and households. The major parties have to stop prioritising foreign multinationals and other countries over Australian households and businesses.

The Shell Australia Country Chair just told the Senate committee that 6 or 7 gas companies have contributed $1 million each to fund a huge campaign against a gas export tax 🤯 and smaller companies have also contributed. Gas companies are spending millions to ensure Australians aren't paid a fair share for the export of our gas. Go to to help fight back against their propaganda.

The science of climate change is not just a dinner table conversation. It's about the people and places we love. I'm concerned the government is approving new fossil fuel projects against advice from scientists and expert bodies when we have enough gas for the transition and countries like Japan are now exporting more gas than we send them. Why is the govt turning a blind eye to trading partners on-selling our gas at a profit while 🇦🇺 households + businesses pay record prices for our own gas?! We don't have a gas shortage, we have a gas export problem. The solution is to redirect all uncontracted gas to the domestic market.
