If contents are unknown, why did they decided to use water to put out the fire?

That’s so crazy. Fire engines without water pressure. Idiots trying to stop chemical fire with water. First the chemical is so dangerous.

So firefighters are fighting smoke of unknown origin with water? What if it is from reacting chemicals that are violent to water? Not every fire is extiguished with water unless it's clear on its cause.

This is veeery risky. I thought people transportig hazardous chemicals should declare for safe handling. If those fumes are from nitric acid reaction or similar chemicals then it's fatal to handle casually like any other fire. But why are we always doing things wrong?😳
