Noble initiative but has its challenges. Had installed the app some weeks back - They need to solve for supply. Waited for 15-20 mins but didn’t get any auto allocated. Had to switch back to the Ola/ Uber. Hoping they solve this soon. Will be a huge boost for auto hailers and also win back trust in the community.

Absolutely

Yes,in existing apps. Drivers sometimes earn more, sometimes less but often, it's the customers who lose money. It's inconsistent, unethical, and based on manipulation. We drivers never asked for surge pricing or tips — yet we get blamed. That is not our fault.🙏

We’re tired of these GPS-based fare games. We’ve had enough of customer mistrust even when we’re honest. So now we’ve chosen a better path: Only government-approved meter fare. No tips. No surge. No fare manipulation. For both autos and taxis — this is how mobility should work.

Nagara is not fixing fares it simply connects customers to honest, meter-based autos and taxis. I request all public figures, celebrities, and social influencers: Please amplify this initiative. Let’s bring fairness, transparency, and dignity back to Bengaluru’s mobility system.

More than fares, cab at the door was the problem they were solving

Pls pls pls.... 🙏 #SupportMeterAuto #SupportMeterTaxi #Nagara

Enough apps and medium to complain are there, whats important is the action on complains as corruption rules

All this presumes govt is interested in fixing any menace. I once recently got a cop to hail me a ride, was kinda lost trying to go to a new office using metro. When I complained of overcharging and not following meter, the cop just brushed it off, in Mumbai you can call police.

Roads toh bana nahi rahi government thik se… app bana kar kya hi karegi
