A lot of beginner traders ask me what my exact strategy is. So here it is - 5 simple steps that combine liquidity and timing for high probability trades. Step 1: Identify trend direction and structure. Is price making higher highs or lower lows? Establish your bias first. Step 2: Identify where liquidity sits. Look for resting orders above swing highs, below swing lows, and around consolidation zones. Step 3: Wait for the active session. London Open or New York Open — this is when institutions actually step in. Outside these windows, price just chops around. Step 4: Let price sweep the available liquidity. Don't anticipate. React. Wait for the sweep to happen before doing anything. Step 5: Confirm with a V-shaped reaction and a break of structure, then execute with defined risk. That's it. When I first shared Scene Anatomy, a lot of people thought it was a storyboard or a set of keyframes. When I explained that the environment, wardrobe, and camera were generated directly by the model, and that I only supplied the character face while driving the rest through a prompt, people were immediately skeptical. People hear the word "prompt" and cringe. Haha. Maybe they expect a complex setup with Blender blockouts and piles of image references. But if you can build a moving cinematic world starting purely from text, why add extra hurdles before generating? You don't need complicated character sheets and location decks just to start expressing yourself through video. That is why I'm introducing Timeline Anatomy, supported by the new SceneFlow v2.3.0 update. This isn't about convincing you to use Auteur Script. Whatever workflow/prompting helps you build a solid mental model and develop intuition, go for it. Timeline Anatomy isn't meant to convince anyone to use Auteur Script. Whatever workflow works for you, as long as it helps you build a solid mental model and develop intuition with the AI, go for it. I designed Timeline Anatomy mainly for aspiring creators jumping into AI filmmaking who might feel overwhelmed about where to even start. It helps show how much you can do with just text, and why I always lean towards writing the detailed script first and jumping straight to video generation, skipping asset gen entirely. In this Timeline Anatomy view, you can watch each sub-states in the EXECUTION block "fire" and see how the Seedance model visualizes it beat by beat. Beyond seeing the pacing of the script, it lets you study the model's quirks, mistakes, and interpretations. Of course, every generation will look a bit different. But when you have a clear mental ledger comparing what you wrote to what came out, you build genuine intuition. You learn how to stay flexible and tweak your writing to hit your creative goal. Some might say this is only useful for short social media clips, but let's be real: for most creators, compute and budget are huge bottlenecks. Today’s players are out of shape: We practiced 5 on 5 and did drills every day- building more endurance. 2. They do more individual training at slower speeds for 30 minutes, then try to play a full-speed 2 hour game. Our training was at game speed and much longer- building resistance and endurance. 3. In the summer, we played 5 on 5 basketball for 7 hours a day. They do individual work every day for just 30 minutes.. 4. KG says he would train and absolutely kill his body so that when the games started, they felt easy and his legs wouldn’t give out in the middle. Guys don’t train like that anymore. 5. Pierce says it was much tougher to play back then because you couldn’t just switch, you got hit a lot more, and the game was way more physical. He even argues you ran more since you had to tag your defender and fight through screens. Now you just switch. 6. Pierce says guys don’t play more than 75 games today because they’re not as tough as they were in his era. 7. Danny Green says they run more miles today and deal with more tendon issues. PP responds that it’s because they don’t have endurance- they don’t practice at game speed every day. Danny Green agrees. Masterful response from KG and Pierce. EllesmereUI's Biggest Patch since Raid Frames is live! Aug Evokers since Blizzard won't give you an active state on your CDM for Ebon Might, I decided to give you one. check out the video! This feature also allows trinkets/pots/racials to get custom active states Players who share profiles: you can now include your full spell layout (which spells go where) and per-spell settings for CDM when exporting profiles! ----------- Full patch notes with new features and bugfixes: Profiles: - NEW: Profile exports can now carry your entire Cooldown Manager setup - which spells sit on which bars plus every per-spell setting - for the specs you choose, so importing a profile recreates your CDM layout instantly. CDM: - NEW: Give any trinket, potion, racial, or custom spell an Active State that adds its own glow and color while active, plus a Cooldown State Effect that changes its look based on whether it's ready. - NEW: Sync your trinkets, potions, and racials across specs with one button so you only set them up once. - Sound pickers for Focus Cast Sound and per-buff Audio Effect now have a search box. - Pandemic glow's Apply to All now also syncs tracking bars and keeps the same glow style everywhere. - A trinket, potion, or racial already on another bar now auto-moves to the new bar instead of being grayed out. - A buff saved under two spell IDs now shows as a single icon in the buff bar preview. - Cooldowns you remove from Blizzard's Cooldown Manager now disappear from your previews, while trinkets, racials, and custom spells are kept. - Added tracking for the Nightborne racial (Arcane Pulse), which was missing from the racial list. Tracking Bars: - NEW: Grouped bars now pack together with no blank gaps, always filling the next available slot. - Eclipse (Solar) and Eclipse (Lunar) now each drive their own bar. - Switching specs while the page is open now refreshes the selected bar correctly. - Pandemic glow now fires for Lifebloom on you or a group member. Resource Bars: - NEW: A new GCD Bar fills over your global cooldown, with full control over size, position, color, and look. - Expand Power Bar if No Resource now also expands when the class resource is toggled off or disabled for the spec. - Fixed the threshold color not showing with Enhance 5 Bar Style. - The cast bar latency overlay now reads live latency, so spell queueing no longer stops it showing. Raid Frames: - NEW: New healer tools including heal-absorb text, a crowd-control glow on debuffs, and more ways to position and highlight dispellable debuffs. - The Auto Resize toggle is now a dropdown that scales Indicators & Auras and Tracked Buffs independently with frame size. - New Show Over Dispels toggle lifts the heal-absorb overlay above the dispel gradient. - Fixed custom (non-20-player) sizes loading at the wrong position after login.
