Hey - for those of you who make your own yogurt - never add your fruits or berries during the fermenting process - some do have anti-microbial properties that will kill the culture. Adding them after the yogurt is fermented and ready to eat is safe for the yogurt, though. Just thought I'd put that out there for whatever it's worth.

Plain, whole fat Greek yogurt has replaced ice cream for me. 👍

Artificial flavors do not kill off the yogurt's bacteria, but even so, they still aren't good for you. Yogurt is actually very easy to make, and you do not have to have a "yogurt maker" to do it. I let mine cultivate in an electric turkey roaster. lol

For good yogurt products, choose plain, unsweetened varieties with live cultures for maximum nutrition. Dairy options include Fage Total 0% (high protein, ~20g per 7oz), Chobani Plain Nonfat (~16g protein), Siggi’s Plain (low sugar), and Stonyfield Organic Plain (certified organic). For plant-based, try Silk Almondmilk Yogurt (fortified with calcium, vitamin D), Kite Hill Almond Milk Yogurt (minimal additives), or So Delicious Coconut Yogurt (live cultures). Check labels for added sugars and probiotics. If lactose-intolerant, go plant-based; for protein, choose Greek. Pair with zinc-rich foods like nuts if testosterone support is a goal. Always verify nutritional content.

Starbucks is being sued right now for this very thing. Their fruit refreshers don’t have fruit. It’s just chemicals. I guess we should be suing these yogurt people now.
