The California Coastal Commission has already made up its mind that it would deny SpaceX a coastal development permit (CDP) if SpaceX applies for one – It is a foregone conclusion. The problem for the Commission is that the US Space Force has already agreed to ALL of the Commission's demands regarding environmental safeguards and monitoring at Vandenberg for the increased number of SpaceX launches.
