The college dean,authorities are reportedly deliberately expelling Indian students, especially those in their 2nd and 3rd years, knowing that as per National Medical Commission guidelines they cannot transfer to other universities. FMGs have appealed to the Indian Embassy for intervention, yet the university authorities continue with the same stance even in their presence. Hundreds of FMGs are deeply concerned. I urge National Medical Commission to allow transfers for affected FMGs to prevent such injustices, and to issue a formal notice to universities engaging in such practices. #NEETPG2025 in two shifts has no rationale. FAIMA Doctors Association will not tolerate such measures without proper explanation. !! We once again request National Board of Examinations to understand our concerns & request Jagat Prakash Nadda Ji to kindly look into the demands of students. National Medical Commission MBBS seat permission given by NMC in past two years is mockery of the health care system of india. We are competing not with Uk/ USA but our aim has become that our clg should be like russia/ ukraine so that ppl should not go there. All the business men are opening colleges and the word education is loosing its meaning. Dark chapter of medical days are being witnessed by us. I’m deeply disturbed by the apathy shown by the N Chandrababu Naidu led government towards hundreds of Foreign Medical Graduates (FMGs) who are being denied their rightful permanent medical registration despite completing their mandatory internships under National Medical Commission guidelines. These are young, qualified doctors who returned to serve their state after pursuing medical education abroad. Worse, when these doctors peacefully protested on National Doctors’ Day demanding justice, the government responded with detentions, lathi charges, and intimidation. Is this how we treat our own medical professionals? Why is the Andhra Pradesh Medical Council still not issuing PRs despite NMC clarifications? Why are qualified doctors being left in limbo while the state battles a shortage of medical staff? This is not just negligence, it’s systemic suppression of aspiring healthcare workers who deserve dignity and a future. I demand the state govt to immediately release permanent registrations, stop this exploitation, and allow these doctors to begin their careers legally and proudly.

Indian Medical Association is loosing its credibility day by day by becoming a puppet organisation benefiting a group of ten people and no-one else. Dr. Ketan Desai who was Jailed and removed from National Medical Commission on corruption charges is heading these scams. #shameonsuchcorruptdoctors. During the previous AIADMK tenure: For a student who completed MBBS abroad and wanted to pursue PG medicine or practice in Tamil Nadu, the mandatory "tariff" before reaching the PG stage was approximately ₹5.54 lakh. - Internship fee: ₹2 lakh - MGR University NOC fee: ₹3.54 lakh - Medical Council Registration: ₹20,000 During the AIADMK tenure, FMGs generally did not receive a stipend during their internship (CRRI) in government hospitals. Instead, they had to pay the government to work. Now under the DMK government: Starting July 2022, the current government waived the ₹2 lakh internship fee and reduced the university NOC fee from over ₹3 lakh to roughly ₹30,000. Previously, FMGs had to pay for their internship. Now, the fee is waived, and FMGs receive a stipend of approximately ₹27,319 per month during CRRI in government hospitals. CRRI * - Compulsory Rotatory Residential Internship.

I was deeply moved by this speech, given by President Dr Mohammad Usman Suleiman, Nigerian Association of Resident Doctors NARD. As a Consultant, I acknowledge that, It is easy for Medical Elders to gradually forget the rigours of residency training, as we climb higher and higher. However, we must REMEMBER: Burnt out Doctors are DANGEROUS. Doctor Suleiman is right: “How are you sure Nigerian Doctors, will be at their best, to see Nigerians? It is safer to keep Nigerians away, from these exhausted Doctors” Protecting Doctors, is protecting Patients. Reservation in medical education is a ticking time bomb that will destroy the foundations of healthcare in this country. When meritorious students are unable to secure admission in the medical field while undeserving candidates become doctors, India's healthcare system is bound to suffer. A system that grants medical seats to students with lower scores while high-achieving candidates struggle, even with exceptional percentiles, is destined to fail. Medicine is a profession where competency should be the sole criterion. It is a matter of life and death. If this continues, we are heading towards a medical system where degrees are devalued, trust in doctors erodes, and the public ultimately suffers. Reservation in medical education is not social justice; it is social suicide.

It is legally wrong to tell final year medical students to pay 7th year school fees for a 6 years course. The management of the college of medicine university of Nigeria Nsukka should do better, you have not only delayed the dreams of these medical students but also put extra financial burden on their parents and now you want them to pay an extra school fee for a delay that isn't their fault?
