Everything you are lives inside this structure. The brain has the consistency of soft tofu. Without the skull, it would be destroyed by everyday forces. This exploded view shows the multi-layered defense: interlocking bones, impact-distributing sutures, three meningeal layers, and cerebrospinal fluid. Bone, sutures, meninges, CSF. Four layers of protection. #SkullAnatomy All animations created using the SciePro 3D anatomy model.

A double chin often develops from loose skin and weak fascia, which is the connective tissue beneath your skin that supports your muscles. As we age, the fascia and muscles under the neck aren’t used as much, which leads to sagging. Each of these exercises targets a different layer of fascia and muscle to stretch, strengthen, and tone the neck area. Do each exercise for 30 seconds on a regular basis to see noticeable improvement.

Watch the superficial deltoid fade away to reveal how the pectoralis major dynamically wraps around both heads of the biceps tendon. By removing the pec major and the ribcage, we uncover the deep layer in action. Which muscles surprised you the most here? #anatomystandard

If you have a double chin, try out these 5 exercises! A double chin commonly forms due to loose skin and weakened fascia, the connective tissue beneath the skin that supports the muscles. As we age, the muscles and fascia in the neck are used less frequently, which can cause them to weaken and sag over time. Each of these exercises targets a different layer of fascia and muscle to help stretch, strengthen, and tone the neck area. Perform each exercise for 30 seconds consistently to see noticeable improvements.

40 years old and still having leg, back, neck and muscle strength to go this low and bring yourself back up without even a shake, supported by one single nail in the floor.

Your gut has 200-600 million neurons. More than the spinal cord. It can run digestion entirely on its own, even if the vagus nerve is cut. That is why it's called the "second brain." This visualization shows the nerve plexuses surrounding the small and large intestine. #EntericNervousSystem All animations created using the SciePro 3D anatomy model.

OWLMAXXING for the Neck One of the most Underrated muscle groups to train: the neck supports the brain, and being strong in it means less neck pain, better athletic movement, and a thicker neck enhancing aesthetics. I like to OWLMAXX with this simple dumbbell rotation exercise done on both sides of the head, the front of the head, and the back of the head as well. The aim of the game is to take the neck through extended ranges of motion in a controlled manner with added weight. You can also use a small weight plate if you're just starting with this exercise, or just the weight of the head itself hanging off the bench is a great place to start.
