Played Marple on Sunday 18th par5 It has 2x2” square red hazard posts about 40 feet from the tee on the left I was knackered,but max effort was needed I hit it sweetly Only for the ball to travel about 40 feet Hit the post flush,and bounce back to about 18” from my tee😩😩

Took me three shots to get out of a fairway bunker last week. Thinned it twice into the lip then just ended up opening up the face and getting it out.
