you're my idol

I wish I had had your help back when I was trying so hard for so long to improve but without success. Is there a cure for regret?

Hey James, I believe we all have moments of regret. When we think about it regret is a feeling of remorse or sadness about a past event that we can’t change. Hanging onto something which we can’t change doesn’t help a future. I have definitely have periods of that in my life. I think moving forward we need to question “what can I do now?” This give us an “opportunity” to make a difference and even changes to our future. If we always regret unfortunately the future is pretty dim and hopeless.

Thanks for your loving response Roger; I know I should just let go of it but every time I see a muscular man it's right there again.

Anytime man. Perhaps think about the people you follow. Even the amount of time you spend on social media. Although I share videos or pics of myself I try to add a message of encouragement, experience, tips or what I’m learning. It isn’t about me it’s about the process. I’m not super human by any means. I’m just an ordinary human who’s developed and strong mind. It all starts in the head. If you can learn or even teach yourself to conquer that then it raises your possibilities. If you see people just posting stuff about themselves with a message of “look at me, I’m just so sexy” then it may be worth clicking the unfollow button. Your mental health comes first before anything.

I have always appreciated that in your posts you make a point to direct our attention to something that will benefit us. I'm not sure I understand what you mean regarding developing a strong mind. Perhaps because I have lived almost exclusively with women I never learned it.
