But the passion I need to recharge by myself is the resources needed in acting. Let's say life goes like, "Ooh, I'm happy! 📈" and then the next day it drops📉. Those ups and downs give me resources I can use for acting. But if life is just a straight line, then I don't really know what resources I could get from it. Some resources just can't be used anymore. Or maybe, when a character feels a certain way, and it's something I've already been through, and I can stay with it and handle it now, then I can't really use it. So I have to find something new. Something that makes me feel sensitive, something that makes me furious, or something that makes me love that much. Can you imagine?

Honest chat- there were many days in medical school that I questioned what I was doing in life. It felt like a big piece was missing but I couldn’t put my finger on it. Even with beautiful mates and a solid job lined up, I felt restless - questioning my purpose and existence. I often felt anxious and lost. I chose to seek more and follow curiosity. Become excited by uncertainty. I didn’t suppress these feelings. It felt like an early life crisis haha. I moved my broke 🍑 to the other side of the world (New York) and dove into something that terrified me as much as it thrilled me- music and writing. My point is, if you feel something calling out to you in the depths of your intuition, let it speak. Don’t be afraid of what your life could become. Be very afraid of not reaching your potential and dying with regrets. I’m still working this out everyday. We are beautiful works in progress.

Harry about why he chose to do residencies in certain cities on Zane Lowe “I think it makes the show better. I think you can build something that doesn't have to travel every night. I think the show itself is better. I think there's something in this that allows me to like stay in my life while I'm doing it and therefore I think allows me to take care of myself better, which I think makes me better at doing the thing. It's not like I'm saying I'll never travel again, but I want to see what it looks like if you do it a different way. And you know, people in my band have like families now and kids and some aspect of that, too. It's really important to me that they're on the road that I would love to like have them and I don't want to make it like near impossible for them to be able to do that with me.”

Namjoon about Like Animals💜 🐨: Like Animals.. 🐨: This was another song that originally came out of the pre-sessions, and it was actually a really sexual song at first. The lyrics were kind of like… you know? ‘If you wanna be animals, baby we can be animals…’ 🐨: And then what was the next line again? Something like ‘living in pain is beautiful’ maybe? It had this whole sadism-masochism kind of vibe — basically a song about becoming wild like animals together. 🐨: But we felt that releasing something overtly sexual wasn’t really the right timing for us right now, so we changed it into a song more about drawing out instinct and raw emotion instead. 🐨: Though honestly, I do think going fully sexual with it could’ve worked too. The sound itself already has this naturally sexy atmosphere to it. I personally really love ‘Like Animals.’ 🐨: I really like psychedelic music, and this was a style we’d never tried before. Artemas helped a lot with that kind of sound too. We felt like we needed sounds like this to move forward and evolve. We can’t just keep doing the same things we’ve always done. That’s probably what we were thinking. 🐨: But at the same time, performing ‘Attack on Bangtan’ again today also felt really good. Like… wow, this is genuinely exciting. Every time I listen to it, I think back to who I used to be full of passion and hope for life, work, and love.
