A diamond that The Beatles should've recorded.

I forgot about this one. I just listened to the Billy J Kramer version ….God John Lennon and The Beatles could write great melodies! This is one of the best melodies as far as I’m concerned I played it like 10 times in a row and I loved it.

And the B-side was another song, Lennon wrote: I Call Your Name.

I think Brian Epstein also managed Billy J. Kramer and gave the song to them. I can only imagine how good The Beatles would have done it if they would have taken it to the studio. Johns voice is great on this and I also love the lyrics.

I always loved that song and regretted that the Beatles never recorded it themselves.
