Many founders /peeps don't realize.. working hard isn't about missing family events, it's about putting in time to get stuff done to grow either your career or your company. Remember time is more valuable than money, don't chase money.. chase the time to spend with familia.

Michael Jordan practices more than anyone else. But when you apply it to the work environment, all of a sudden it’s heretical and you don’t believe in work-life balance.” Bill believes that if you want to do truly great work, you have to be just as dedicated as a great athlete. “If you want to be at the top of your game, you have to decide whether you want to make that tradeoff or not. You don’t have to. There are plenty of jobs on this planet where you can work 9-to-5. And you may care way more about your family life or personal life, and that’s fine too. It was the first time my calendar was turned into real data and I could see how I was creating myself through the four core pillars of my existence: life, work, sleep and health. That clarity showed me what balance looked like for me, but only at a high level. When we built Existence, we wanted to take this further so you could see your percentages by day, by week, and by month, and understand the rhythm of how you are creating your life.
