This looks neat, but do you have a longer video of how it works with combat? Does it automatically switch back to isometric for combat? Because that's ideally what I'd like to have.

definitely a downgrade in practice. bg3's combat and exploration requires the camera angle and proper cursor control. looking at the main character's back shoulder is also not interesting. but its an interesting concept

I haven't played BG3 in almost 2 years but this has been a thing for a while. It's how I originally played the game actually. Proper WASD movement and everything. There was even settings enabling first person but that was janky.

Someone explained this mod relies upon a PC exclusive software. So unfortunately no for now.

How many hours do you have in the game?

Yeaaahhh...but the game is not designed to be played in 3rd person, so you will miss out on a lot of things that you can easily observe from above, not to mention potential tactical placements before a battle begins.
