The intersection, Greenmount and Venable Avenue, has been an open air drug market for years so if nothing else the folks dining at the restaurant won't have to make their way through junkies to get in to dine. Related note - possession of mags over 10 rounds in Maryland is legal but transporting them in to the state is not. A 74 year old man was beaten by at least 6 "teens" on July 7th in Baltimore and the police are looking for info on the criminals involved. One of them struck the man multiple times with an AR pistol (I thought those were illegal in Baltimore 🤡) which, of course, didn't have a brace on it. I used to live a couple miles at most from this 7 Eleven which is right near the city's zoo. Tyrik Braxton drove his vehicle toward officer Samuel Thomas who positioned himself in front of the vehicle whilst issuing a ticket for expired tags. As the driver put the car in drive and began advancing toward the officer, Mr. Thomas performed a 9mm complex ballistics test involving an intermediate barrier and vehicle glass with his Gen5 Glock 47 handgun.
