It’s worse than that. Check the synthetic THC vapes and illegal marijuana sold as 2018 Farm Bill hemp in all these smoke and vape shops.

Its called freedom, genius. With all the evil going on in this country, this is what you cover? Do better, you covering this, is a fucking disappointing disgrace.

let people buy WTF they want, as long as it doesn't hurt anyone else and it's not with our money.

My 19 year old son’s friend died this year from that stuff, he bought it at the local convenience store. I had never heard of it before then.

Don't worry, California is engaging in a massive crackdown of smoke shops. Not for this or EBT fraud but to make sure they aren't selling the now contraband Citrus Zyn.

EXPOSED: O’Keefe Uncovers California Smoke Shops Selling Banned Kratom, With Clerks Attempting to Process Purchases Using Government-Funded EBT Benefits as “Groceries” or EBT Cash The clerk in San Diego stated, “They banned it for good. So tomorrow is the last day. You have to remove every single piece [of kratom]. If they got you with this [kratom], it’s a felony. That’s a big-time felony.” At a Los Angeles store, an undercover journalist asked, “You ran it as groceries right?” The clerk nodded yes, confirming the attempted purchase was categorized as an EBT grocery transaction. At another LA smoke shop, a clerk asked, “Can $7 be EBT cash?” before another clerk responded, “Yeah, I think so. EBT cash.”

🚨 WOW. James O'Keefe just exposed NYC stores fraudulently using taxpayer-funded EBT cards for people buying drugs and alcohol This is outright ILLEGAL. Raid the stores! "The journalist attempts to purchase this liquid kratom product and the clerk attempts to ring it up as EBT CASH! This is HIGHLY ILLEGAL but a common loophole to charge drugs." 🤯 "Even the attempt to do this is a CRIME." James O'Keefe full video below

The DEA almost banned kratom in 2016. In 2026, Big Kratom is lobbying the federal and state governments to ban the alkaloid 7-OH, but it’s boomeranging back on them. Here’s the story of Kratom Cronyism:

Remember, there is money in fraud. There's no money in exposing the fraud. OMG went undercover and exposed NY bodega clerks processing the drug kratom as "EBT Food" and "EBT Cash." This is where your taxpayer dollars are going.

American woman who applied for EBT discovered that an illegal migrant in California was using her Social Security number. It turns out the person in California is employed at a Jack in the Box location, and she has already contacted her management and law enforcement. “I just called your manager and your franchise operators, and I trust you will be dealt with. You were using my Social Security number, and you messed up my EBT benefits. I found out who you were.”

Watch: It is intense to see confrontational undercover footage unravel like this. The video shows James O'Keefe confronting a convenience store worker over allegedly processing non-food items (specifically Kratom) using EBT food benefits. The footage highlights potential EBT fraud and transaction laundering. The situation escalates outside, where a bystander verbally threatens the crew.

Israel is blaming Iran for using Cluster missile, saying it is banned in 120+ countries Interesting part is, Israel & US themselves haven't banned it, so don't know for what they are blaming for 🤧

Kratom, a popular supplement that has sparked wrongful death lawsuits across the country, was recently legalized in Rhode Island. Marketed as an energy booster and used for centuries in Southeast Asia for reducing pain, people experiencing anxiety and chronic pain have turned to kratom to self-treat their symptoms. Some call kratom a harm reduction tool, arguing it can help ease opioid withdrawals— something still in the process of being studied by scientists. But kratom is unregulated in the U.S. and the FDA continues to warn against using it. Lauren Fichten explains.
