Bar and the Bench evenly matched 🤣

The judges needs to understand that they are not lords. But government servants. Paid by tax payers. Do the job. Don’t give gyaan. Much like governors and LGs. With the quality that comes through it’s not that they command much respect either. So reality check !!

This Judge keeps issuing Contemp Notices against Lawyers who argue in his court. He thinks he is sitting on a throne.

Actually judges talk to elderly counsels in such rude manner which are rarely tolerated in good private sector companies or in world of business. If there’s is no decency during arguments between counsel and the judge, litigant is the only sufferer.

Judges and doctors are considered as God in this country. They are nothing but a profession. How can an individual person(judge) decide the fate of a person. I was always against the Jury system. But seeing recent arbitrary judgements makes me think otherwise.

That’s a bad judge with ego. He needs to be with the law not take things personally

Lawyer is 100% correct in logic that is why judge couldn't speak a word after him. 😂😂

The quality of people appointed as judges is really worrisome. The fact that they don't command respect from their ilk for obvious reasons compounds the fear of them being unfair & biased in their duties.

Things should not be taken personally,,You are Reputed Person sitting on Chair and Mr Lawyer kindly maintain the decorum of court,,People of country believe in you
